Our Classic service (8:00 am) uses a variety of liturgies to enhance our rich Lutheran heritage. This service is for those who love hymns and enjoy quality organ, flute, violin, cello and trumpet music.

Our Praise service (10:30am) makes use of different praise teams and is definitely lively! This service is for those who appreciate the contemporary praise songs of today. The good news of God's great love for us is conveyed through music, dance, video and drama.

Nursery care (for infants through three years of age) is available all morning, from 7:45 through the 10:30 service. The nursery is room E-103

SUNDAY SCHOOL HOUR

We have a Sunday School hour from 9:15 to 10:15 with several different adult bible studies being led during this hour. For children we have the "Get Connected Club" for age 3 through 5th grade. The children meet in classrooms located in the school. Stop by the Welcome Center to get assistance for the locations of the bible classes.

At St. John's We Love Children

For the 10:30 service, bring children three and older to the service with you. They will be dismissed during the message for an age-appropriate message and worship time of their own. We have Children's Church for ages 3-5 as well as Superchurch for age 6-5th grade and Crosstrainers for grades 6-8. Children will be returned to you at communion time. Children who have not received communion instruction may be brought forward for a blessing.
